An artificial neural network is a set of neurons connected to each other. Submitting any numbers to the inputs of the neural network, we get some set of numbers at the outputs of the neural network. Thus, the work of the neural network is to transform the input vector into an output vector. Almost any problem can be reduced to a problem solved by a neural network. But these are all just numbers. A person knows how to feel and therefore he can think outside the box, not according to an algorithm and not according to a template.
